　　A One-Minute Hack to Get Temp Residence Registered Online

　　無(wú)需露面 無(wú)需等待！一分鐘在線搞定“外國(guó)人住宿登記”申請(qǐng)

　　As a foreigner already living in China, declaring or updating registration of temporary residence can sometimes be troublesome, especially when you travel a lot or take business trips frequently. Well, things are much easier now since this May, if you live in Yantai.

　　對(duì)于已經(jīng)生活在中國(guó)的外國(guó)人，申報(bào)或變更 “外國(guó)人住宿登記”這事兒有時(shí)確實(shí)有那么點(diǎn)小麻煩，尤其是如果你超愛(ài)旅行又或者頻繁出差的話。不過(guò)，要是你生活在煙臺(tái)，從今年五月開(kāi)始這件“小事”就已經(jīng)變得方便多啦。

　　A brand-new self-service declaration system developed by Yantai Public Security Bureau is initialed since 1 May 2025, which allows you to register online with several simple clicks.

　　來(lái)來(lái)來(lái)，由煙臺(tái)市公安局新研發(fā)的自助申報(bào)系統(tǒng)從五月一號(hào)起，能讓大家在線實(shí)現(xiàn)“登記”自由！　

　　What you need to do first is to follow Yantai Gong An or Yantai Gong An Exit&Entry Administration on WeChat——we’ll type the characters out in the comment section for you to copy and paste. If you are not proficient in typing Chinese characters yet, we’ve got you covered!

　　首先你需要做的，就是微信關(guān)注“煙臺(tái)公安”或者“煙臺(tái)公安出入境”公眾號(hào)。

　　我會(huì)把漢字直接在評(píng)論區(qū)打出來(lái)，方便你們復(fù)制和粘貼。如果你的中文打字水平還有待進(jìn)步，可以??先在評(píng)論區(qū)抄下作業(yè)哦！

　　Next, find the button at the bottom left to enter Wei Jing Wu mini app, choose “Online Exit&Entry” among all the popular services, scroll down, you will easily spot the service you want, since it’s the only bilingual option, just go ahead and hit the click.

　　關(guān)注成功后，通過(guò)界面左下方的“微警務(wù)”，在“熱門服務(wù)”里點(diǎn)擊“掌上出入境”，就能輕松發(fā)現(xiàn)所需服務(wù)！沒(méi)錯(cuò)，這個(gè)雙語(yǔ)選項(xiàng)還是很明顯的，別猶豫，直接點(diǎn)進(jìn)去�！　�

　　If you are new to this app, you need to register with your passport info and set a password.

　　首次使用的用戶在進(jìn)入后選擇“立即注冊(cè)”，使用本人護(hù)照信息并設(shè)置登錄密碼來(lái)完成這一步驟。　　

　　When you log in for the first time, an info verification is a must. Choose “Mine “at the bottom right for verification. Click the red sentence which says “not verified yet” to proceed. Find the OCR button, choose “Take a Photo” to take a clear picture of your passport’s ID page. Once you passed the verification, the app will automatically redirect to another page for you to double-check all the information. After making sure everything is accurate, click the declaration button. Your information is now verified and linked to your account.

　　首次登錄系統(tǒng)，必須完成“實(shí)證”認(rèn)證。點(diǎn)擊界面右下角“我的”，進(jìn)入個(gè)人信息綁定界面，點(diǎn)擊屏幕中紅色的“未實(shí)名認(rèn)證”提示，進(jìn)入下一步操作。繼續(xù)點(diǎn)擊屏幕中OCR，選擇“拍照”，對(duì)準(zhǔn)護(hù)照資料頁(yè)拍一張清晰完整的照片。系統(tǒng)完成識(shí)別后，會(huì)自動(dòng)跳轉(zhuǎn)到“實(shí)名認(rèn)證信息綁定”頁(yè)面，在核對(duì)識(shí)別信息準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤后，點(diǎn)擊“提交申報(bào)”，個(gè)人信息就完成綁定啦�！�

　　Also, you are able to help family members to register under the “family member information verification”. For each adult, one adult family member and 5 under-age family members at most can be added to the account.

　　如果你還需為家庭成員代為申報(bào)，就在“家庭成員信息綁定頁(yè)面”綁定成員信息即可，每個(gè)賬號(hào)下可綁定1名成年家庭成員和不超過(guò)5名未成年家庭成員�！　�

　　I know it seems a lot of steps to follow, if it’s your first time to use this app. However spend 5-10 minutes this time to get account registered and ready, you’ll save much more time and energy in the future, trust me.

　　我知道對(duì)初次使用這項(xiàng)服務(wù)的朋友而言，看上去有不少步驟要照做；不過(guò)只要這次花個(gè)5-10分鐘準(zhǔn)確注冊(cè)信息，未來(lái)將會(huì)省下超多時(shí)間和精力，相信我！　　

　　Finally, the account is set and ready, just go to the “Declare Temporary Residence” page, click “File for a Registration” to start the process. The system will pop up a reminder to ask for an access to your location. Choose “Allow” to redirect to a page where you can fill out entry information. Then click “Submit Declaration” and you are good to go! If a family member needs your help, simply repeat the process for them on the “Declare for a Family Member” page.

　　終于，我們賬號(hào)注冊(cè)完成后，就可以正式進(jìn)入“申報(bào)住宿登記”頁(yè)面，點(diǎn)擊“住宿登記申報(bào)”開(kāi)始本人申報(bào)。對(duì)系統(tǒng)彈出的“通過(guò)微信申請(qǐng)獲取你的位置權(quán)限”提醒，一定要選擇“允許”。進(jìn)入“入境信息”填寫(xiě)頁(yè)面，根據(jù)提示填寫(xiě)，點(diǎn)擊“提交申報(bào)”完成申報(bào)；為家庭成員代辦申報(bào)的，在“家庭成員申報(bào)”頁(yè)面重復(fù)上述操作就OK�！�
