海陽市東方航天港產(chǎn)業(yè)項目：山東省唯一的省級航空航天戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群

　　Haiyang Dongfang Spaceport Project: the Only Strategic Emerging Industrial Cluster of Aerospace in Shandong

　　東方航天港重大工程，規(guī)劃面積34.19平方千米，工程概算263億元。按照“一港三區(qū)”布局分成發(fā)射、總裝、配套、生活四個區(qū)域。目前已完成投資53億元，落地項目17個，成功實施5次發(fā)射，將37顆衛(wèi)星送入預(yù)定軌道。園區(qū)被評為2022年度最受歡迎航天產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)，是山東省唯一的省級航空航天戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

　　The project, with a planned area of 34.19 square kilometers, has an estimated investment of 26.3 billion yuan. According to the "one port and three sections" layout, it is divided into four areas: launching, final assembly, supporting and living. At present, an investment of 5.3 billion yuan has been completed with 17 projects having been secured. Five launches have been accomplished and 37 satellites have been successfully sent into intended orbit. The project was rated as the most popular aerospace industrial park in 2022, and is the only strategic emerging industrial cluster of aerospace in Shandong.

　　一是項目站位高。借勢國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略機遇，搶占商業(yè)航天發(fā)展制高點，是貫徹落實習(xí)近平總書記提出的航天強國的生動實踐，是全國第五處火箭發(fā)射基地、國家唯一的海上發(fā)射母港，是國家發(fā)改委推動的“太空新基建”示范項目。

　　First, the project takes a high stance. Taking advantage of the strategic opportunities of national development, seizing the commanding heights of commercial spaceflight development, it is the fifth rocket launch base in the country and the country's only sea launch home port, and is a demonstration project of "new space infrastructure" promoted by the National Development and Reform Commission.

　　二是產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條全。項目從發(fā)射端切入，以“機動發(fā)射、總裝總測、信息服務(wù)”三大核心能力為牽引，涵蓋“星箭彈船器”五大產(chǎn)業(yè)方向，是目前全國商業(yè)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)最全、配套最好、生態(tài)最優(yōu)的產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)，其中，已投產(chǎn)的火箭總裝基地已具備百發(fā)箭生產(chǎn)能力，全國單體最大的航天科普研學(xué)基地已開館運營。

　　Second, the industrial chain is complete. Starting from the launch end, the project is guided by the three core capabilities of "mobile launch, general assembly and measurement, and information service", covering the five industrial directions of "satellite, rocket, bomb and spaceship". It is currently the industrial park with the most complete commercial space industry format, the best supporting facilities, and the best ecology in China. Among them, the rocket assembly base that has been put into operation has the production capacity of 100 rockets. China's largest single-space science research base has been open and operation now.

　　三是科技含量高。項目以提升國家制信息權(quán)為戰(zhàn)略定位，聯(lián)合國家大院大所、領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)，瞄準行業(yè)“卡脖子”技術(shù)，搶占太空戰(zhàn)略資源。目前落地地球空間信息技術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心遙感衛(wèi)星基地，全國衛(wèi)星遙感大賽常設(shè)站，省海上航天裝備技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心，有4位院士、2名杰青在園區(qū)做產(chǎn)業(yè)化項目，其中兩院院士李德仁工作站落地園區(qū)并主導(dǎo)全球先進的智能星座“東方慧眼”建設(shè)，全國首個數(shù)字地球系統(tǒng)10月份上線運行，海上發(fā)射支持系統(tǒng)獲全國工業(yè)設(shè)計大賽金獎。

　　Third is that the project is with high technological content. It is strategically positioned to enhance the country's information right, inviting leading domestic institute and companies to aim at the industry's choke point technology to seize space strategic resources. At present, the remote sensing satellite base of the Geospatial Information Technology Collaborative Innovation Center, the permanent station of the national Satellite Remote Sensing Competition, and Shandong Maritime Space Equipment Technology Innovation Center, there are 4 academicians and 2 Outstanding Youth title owners handling industrialization projects, among which the academician Li Deren’s workstation is landed in the park and leads the construction of the world's advanced intelligent constellation "Oriental Eye". The country's first digital earth system will be put into operation in October, and the maritime launch support system has won the gold medal of the National Industrial Design Competition.
